I am Lalit Choudhary
I had ordered this watch from https://tikingzone.com/ on Wed, Nov 4, 1:16 but instead of a smartwatch, I got an analog wristwatch that was delivered on 09/11/2020.
The payment was made through COD of amount Rs.1999/-
Since then several times I tried to contact them but got no response.
I emailed also regarding the complaint but got no response from them.All of there contact numbers are switched off.
Also, the name of the online website from which i ordered is nowhere mentioned in the packing box.
The name which mentioned on the box is FOSSIL, which is 100rs of watch.
Since then I am trying to contact the concerned company but all its contact numbers are switched off and there is also no response from emails also.
