This side, Mahender Singh from Bijwasan New Delhi. I am the the user of timble broadband services last few years now I am facing very bad experience from your services like frequent disconnection, speed related issues slow browsing, mostly, daily after 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. I have facing frequent disconnection last 2 weeks I have raised lots of complaints by timble app. and by call but your team was not supporting us anyhow my family members childrens have exam in 17th of October they are unable to prepare assistant teacher exam due to network fluctuations it's not my duty to raise a complain by morning by noon by evening by night I am very frustrated very bad experience feeling in timbl broadband services last 2 months 2 weeks. Now today and yesterday I have called you many times your customer care and and told them please rectify my connection there is a no signal lights in onu LOS but no one is call me, I request you to please resolve my network fluctuations otherwise I will go to consumer forum it's a last warning
