Faulty Apple Airpods Pro
I purchased the Airpods Pro from www.timerskart.com and I received it on 20th of November, 2020 after paying Rs.6000/- (i.e. Cash on Delivery). But when I started charging them, they didn’t charge. Then I verified Apple Store in Shimla on 23rd of November with my problem. They told me that Airpods Pro are duplicate. I am also trying to open website, but it is not opening.
You are kindly requested to look into the matter and take appropriate action in the matter so that I am able to get refund for my purchase.
