I had purchased times insurance in[protected] for 3 yrs which was valid till[protected] for my iphone 6s, insurance numbed - [protected], after the conversation i had with them, i had done battery replacement for my phone on september 27th 2018 and had sent them the original bill over email for claim which they agreed over email to pay within 60-90 working days to my bank account. But it’s been 160 days now they have not given my claim, nor they are picking my call when i call at their number ([protected]) as mentione in their website. They have 2 names for one company one is mymobileinsurance and other is times global insurance, i have seen many reviews which say this is not a genuine company. I want to get the claim else i want to stop this company from cheating more people.
