I booked timex pac n mov for household items from mumbai to bhubaneswar on 9 June 2022 which included 5 carton boxes and a smart led tv of 40 inches.they delivered the item on 13 June 2022 which I received almost damaged items .my led tv is completely broken which was recently purchased.i told the merchant about the same they said they will claim and refund the amount but still the case has not been resolved when I call them they are making excuses.they are not responding to the issue.
