Tina Behl — Lien on my axis a/c

Accidentally i missed my previous credit card minimum amount payment which was 7500rs. And in result my babker deducted my complete a/c balance against my credit card dues and now my a/c balance is -54000
I have only one a/c. Plus I called there customer executive and they asked me to pay minimum amount due in order to unlock my a/c balance and i asked my brother to make that payment for me. I paid minimum amount of rs7500 and after that I called customer executive again. And this time they told me now my card is blocked and I have no other option but to pay 54000rs to them.
Is this some kind of a joke? First my earnings and savings are affected because of covid that’s why i was paying minimum amount for my credit card and now they took every penny i had in my a/c. You people can’t take away money from my savings a/c like that
