I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable experience I have had with tira beauty, was inexplicably cancelled without my consent. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, my order has not been reinstated or delivered, and the service I have received has been deeply unsatisfactory.
To exacerbate matters, I encountered an extremely rude customer service executive during one of my calls. The behavior displayed was unprofessional and has caused me considerable mental distress. I find it unacceptable that a company of your standing allows such treatment of its customers.
I demand the following actions be taken immediately:
1. Reinstatement and prompt delivery of my original order.
2. An apology from your company for the inconvenience and mental distress caused.
3. Appropriate compensation for the mental harassment and inconvenience I have endured due to your company’s failure to fulfill my order and the subsequent poor customer service.
I expect a swift resolution to this matter. Please confirm receipt of this email and provide a timeline for the actions you will take to address my concerns. Should I not receive a satisfactory response, I will be compelled to escalate this issue to higher authorities and consider further action.
