Tiruchirappalli City Corporation — Drainage overflow

I am residing at C-21, 4th Cross West Thillainagar, Tiruchirappalli 620018
Our street Under Ground Drainage is blocked on August 13, 2021 and the sewage is overflowing from the chamber. It makes a lot of hindrance to the people who are residing in our street and the passers. There is also a big ditch in which these sewage water is stagnated and causes infections.
I have made a complaint to the Junior Engineer Tiruchirappalli City Corporation on August 18, 2021 but in vain the problem is not attended till today.
The above sewage causes many health issue during this COVID 19 pandemic period.
