Tirunelveli Corporation — Drainage water flowing into the house

Water from the drainage is flowing into the house for last 3 days. We were forced to connect to the central drainage system. Now the drainage water is flowing into the house. No action is taken in spite of complaining to authorities so many times. This is in 9th Cross street, Perumalpuram. Please provide a permanent solution so that it does not happen again for the next rain.
