Tirunelveli Corporation — Stray dogs killing goats/husbandry owned by villagers

I, a resident of Kooduthazhai village, Kuttam, Radhapuram Taluka, have lost my goat to bloodthirsty stray dogs that have surrounded the whole village. These dogs that are not owned by anyone( or let loose by those who casually do own) chase down any goat that they lay their eyes on. Though these dogs are dear to some of the villagers, they take no action to train them nor take them in anytime. My goat, who was heartfully named Diana, is not the first goat to be brutally killed and be eaten by strays in this village, but i do hope that she will be the last. My sincere and sorrowful request to the corporation is to take any necessary action to reduce the fear of their husbandry being killed or atleast get rid of the stray dogs.
