Tirunelveli District Collector Office — ration card to get waiting for 3 years

Dear sir,
i am a retired central service person worked in "dairy board". As i was subjected to frequent transfers to various state, my ration card too travelled all over india along with my transfer.

Finally, when i retired in mumbai, i surrendered the ration card and obtained the surrender certificate issued by the maharashtra govt and along with an affidavit i applied for a ration card here in tenkasi with all supporting documents.

Tenkasi ri also verified my residence. Then, i constantly enquired from the concerned clerk in tenkasi office and one day, after 2 years, the clerk coolly said that you now apply for smart card. What a waste of 2 years.

Then i applied for the smart card also. Document was verified and your tenkasi ri visited my residence and checked the documents too. It is almost now 3 months, i have not received any information.

With all my experience in various secretariat, here i feel the worst. Any way, i kindly request you to please look into the matter and arrange to direct the concern to issue me a smart ration card.
