I am meenakshisundaram residing at plot no 47 kamatchi nagar 4 the main st. Ktc nagar palayamkottai. Due to the heavy rain yesterday rain water has stagnated to a depth of 2 to 3 feet up to a length of about 200 feet creating untold miseries to the residents of about 10 houses. We are not able to step out of our houses in 2 houses this stagnant water has entered into the house. As an emergency measure.
