Dear sir,
I bought usha shriram water filter model no. Ros 1375 and the serial no. Gp38080282. It was installed in the month of april. As i am shifting to another staff quarter, i have requested for service along with shifting and reinstallation at my new quarter a week before. I was told that the request will be completed within 48-72 hours. I have been calling constantly on the customer service number [protected] since a week and been provided with complaint/ request number twice-134825 and 134973 respectively. Till today, the request has not been completed and thus halt my shifting work. I have been warned to clear my old quarter. Therefore, this is my sincere request to higher authorities to make sure that the request is processed and completed within the best possible time.
