Date 14/6/26 Bus no. 97 Thane station to Dosti west County time 8.05 am. No display or no manual board for bus no. 97 . And bus conductor calling Balkum only. He not even told passenger about the bus number. Even bus controller depot didn't idea about bus is coming or out. Or bus controller depot not given proper response on this.
