TMCServices.Firm.in — Fraud company has taken money and not provided promised job offer

I paid Rupees 42358 (Forty two thousand three hundred and fifty eight) in favour of TMC services firm on july 2015 for a job offer abroad. They promised that I will get the job offer on September end. Till now I have not received any offer and the company is not responding to my e-mails and their number has been switched off.
