Tmt(thane Municipal Transport) — About the rough behaviour of bus conductor

I am a minor child who is traveling from the tmt bus which is bus A-494. Imagine you are sitting in the bus where you want to sit but that bus conductor says that no you don't sit there and sit where he wants to. And when I was going he almost threatened me like if not not stand near the bus stand we will not pick you up and leave you there, because i stands in the shadow of tree because it felt cold there
And he also disrespects my friends and the older people also I think that TMT should take a look about the person and should fire or complain about it
