Tn Bus — Denial of Work/Refuse to take

Hi, I am about to travel to villupuram front Tambaram bus stand. And there is a buses to VPM as well which goes to Trichy as the last destination. But, they are refusing to take VPM passengers as they are only taking Trichy passengers. And after every seats are full, they are taking VPM passengers and that too in the last minute! We are also paying and are we supposed to stand and go till VPM! Seems like they are only working for profits and not for the customers. This is not the first time and happening every time I travel. And also I have the bus number that refused to take which is TN - 21 N - 2005. Please take necessary actions! Thank you.
