Tn Urban Epay Property Tax Site — Tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in online property tax receipt issues

ON 22nd Oct, I was trying to pay my property tax bill online via https://tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in/

This is for my property in Pollachi.

I paid the property tax using my credit card. The money got deducted from my credit card but still receipt is not generated in the https://tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in/ portal. It it still shows that as if I have to pay the tax amount. There are no contact numbers for this https://tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in/ online propoerty tax payment portal as well

I paid Rs. 1812/- as water tax for the year 2021-22 for the water connection No. 111/019/00802 in Karaikudi municipality on 07/07/2021 through my ICICI Bank net banking The amount has been deducted from my account but I did not get the receipt in the tnurbanepay website. Can you please look into this and arrange to issue the receipt so that I can download the receipt? Thanks.

I have remitted water tax Rs.3380/- on 24/07/2021 to Aruppukottai Municipality. Receipt No: 126/CP/21-22/0003825 dt.24/07/21 and 126/CP/21-22/0002177 dt.05/05/21. In the receipts initial of my name was wrongly uploaded in the system.
My correct name is:
C.SOUNDRAPANDIAN S/o. P.S.Chellasamy.
Kindly arrange to correct the name in your records. I have applied the connection in the above name only. Please verify your records and do the needful.

System throw error on this site https://tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in.
error message is
HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable. Anyone can help us to rectify this error.
