I am a student and looking for support and help here. I got a call from TNE solutions on 20 June 2020.A boy spoke to me.He said his name is Vivek.He said, "This is job and anyone can do it, you just have to type 10, 000 captchas in 10 day's and you will get Rs17, 500 ;It is Rs22, 000 but it will get deduct for the first time."I asked if i have to pay anything, "He said you have to pay nothing and if you take work you will be given ID and password and through that you can do your work. After that, he messeged me on whatsapp and told me to send those details which will be required to generate Id and password.He said you will get a confirmation call and you just have to say yes on which i agreed .
On the same day, he sent me a link and said "its valid only for 5minutes and you have already picked up phone late so you have to do it quickly" .He said "Its just a verification process for the given email id and you just have to click the link from your mail and send me on whatsapp quickly. Once clicked on the link it was gone and it said "Congratulations, Your response has been submitted." I didn't sign anything.And when i later asked him what was that he said it was nothing but just a verification.
I got the id and password on my mail I was not aware about anything.I did submit the work as informed to me and after 10 days when I asked about it he blocked me on whatsapp.On the next day he didn't pick my calls .And when he picked he said he is out with family and will call you back.I didn't get a single call from him and till now he is denying my calls.
On 4 June 2020 I got the mail (Legal intimation) saying you have to pay amount as you have not submitted your work which included a number on bottom. I tried calling on that number. After trying several times a lady picked up my call and said you have to pay amount of Rs5, 400 for voilaton of rules and handed the call over the another person.He claimed to be a advocate named Vishal Sharma and said if you didn't pay before time you have to face this legally and if you don't cooperate, even you have to pay in lakhs.
I asked their company registration number, they ignored my mail and they are just telling to pay money.On 8 June 2020 I got a email, they have sent a soft copy of the legal notice and informed to reply within 7 days.In that soft copy they have told me to pay 5, 400+3000 into the company account or else they would take legal actions.
Thay are mentally harrassing me to pay money by sending those mails.I don't know what to do.Please help me here and guide me how this can be stopped so others dont have to go through this issue. This is really disturbing. Was this information helpful? |
