TNT India Pvt. Ltd. — 17+ years old employee (age 44 yrs.) who broke bones of both legs for the Company asked to give forcibly resignation.

I have worked for 17 + years in TNT India in Operations & HSE from Nov'1995 to Dec'2012 during the tenure given 11-12 hours each day without any overtime even Sunday also worked for which a normal day Salary used to get. For the Express Company (competition for flight connection) I met accident 4-5 times on which my both limbs bone broken and at present not active like a normal person. Company didn't paid any extra amount to me for the accident, though the management knows I have two School going daughters, wife, old handicapped with implant pacemaker father. Now how they will survive because I was the only earning member. If in this situation I will take any wrong step people will blame that Muslim are terrorist, bla bla bla. But my dear who makes us to take such a step, the wicked people, the government, as several letters, mails written to C.M., MLA, etc. to do something as office doesn't closed permanently, few staff who was favorable by the Seniors kept rest all out about 80% staff forcibly asked to give resignation otherwise nothing pay each will get as a result after that no where getting like such type of job's at the age of 44 years old. The cream age of my life 26-44 years given for TNT. Rest employee who are out from the Company can do other types of work but not me as my condition of health (handicapped) happens on duty. Can anyone suggest or can drop my message to the local government to take stern action against this type of Company or else if I will come on wrong way don't blame as because my name is MANZOOR AHMED and I am a Muslim. Now how my daughters will continue their education, what will happen to their career, how will I pay my Home, how to meet daily Home expenditure, etc. etc.
