Hi sir/mam, I ve ordered a history book from the tntextbookcorporation official website through your payment portal. Hereby the sms i ve received then..." Rs.191.00 spent on POS/Ecom using IB Debit card on 06/10/20 23:09 at TECHPROCESS PAYMENT SE MUMBAI from Ac:XXX589208. Bal:10760.47 CR " This is the sms i received yesterday after my payment for a book.. but in the official website if tntbesc it s showing up as not paid... Can u pls resolve the issue..if the payment failed...when can i receive my refund amount...pls tell me the payment status of my book order as soon as possible. Thank you. Bal:10760.47 CR This s the sms.
