[Resolved]  Tnurbanepay — Property tax payment debited from bank but receipt not generated

Hi Team,

I have paid Property Tax for the following property via Online on 7-Feb-2023 and the Money deducted from the account but receipt not generated as i got the following error

Bank transaction reference number
BIL/ONL/[protected]/Commission/TNCMACUB

Note : I even checked with the bank that money successfully debited from their end

Property Tax Number : 012/032/900548
