[Resolved]  Tnvelaivaaippu — User id showing as invalid for renewal

On submitting my complaint, I was contacted through email by Deputy Director, Professional and Executive Employment office, Guindy, asking for my employment id in PDF format for renewal. On providing the same, my employment id was renewed immediately and a PDF copy of renewal was sent through mail. I an extremely grateful and thank the concerned person for their timely help.
