1. Please Refer your letter No. APS-598571-L/MRC/APS-7DI(I) and APS-369926-L/MRC/APS-7DI dated 05 December 2012.
2. I No 2608143Y Ex-Havildar (Clerk) Manishkumar Mani Pillai is having two PLI policies (APS-598571-L and APS-369926-L).
3. After discharge from service on 30 Nov 2011(AN), According to your letter mentioned under reference I am regularly depositing my premium at Karamcode -SO (691579) Kollam, Kerala - 691001 wef Dec 2011 without any lapse till date. However when I approached Kollam Post Office for processing of loan towards APS-598571-L on 13 April 2015 I was intimated that the above mentioned PLI policies has not been transferred as per their office computer records and they cannot processs my loan until the above mentioned policies are transferred in their computer records from your office.
4. I kindly request you to please clarify the above mess and transfer my policies to Karamcode -SO (691579) under kollam - 691001 in computer records so that I can avail the loan facility.
5. I will be always grateful to your good office for an early action.
