Hi,
I have ordered for universal 10w qi car wireless charger on 5th july 2019. I have made payment by online through my debit card of rs.1599/-
Today i got delivery of my product and when i opened box it was not that i orders i got sports camera water proof.
I have only opened outer box not yet touched the camera box and not even opened the seal.
And when i called delivery guy who came to deliver to collect back and resend to you people he said if box is opened we cant take it back. He said i company will send us return product sheet to us than only we can come and collect back.
Then i called on number which is mentioned on your website www.todaylivedeal.in ([protected]) one lady picked my call and when i explained her that i have got wrong product so please send some one to collect it back and send me product which i ordered she replied me very arrogantly and aggressively that we will not send any person if you want product which you ordered than send us courier once we receive courier we will send your original product which you ordered in 10-15 days.
My simple question is who is fool i or you...?
I trusted your company and i made online payment so i was fool and its your fault you have sent me wrong product so you should be sorry and sent your person to collect back and send me my original product which i ordered as soon as possible. Instead of this your staff are saying to courier it me back.
Why should i courier you back its your fault your person should come and collect it back.

I said yes i am ready to take my complaint you give me my original product or give me my money refund.
That person said me to share my bank details when i said i am having account in ICICI bank & AXIS Bank hat person answered me very arrogantly and aggressively that we can only refund in any of GOVERNMENT bank.
I said him that i don't have account in GOVERNMENT bank than he answered very arrogantly and aggressively that SIR AAPKO REFUND LENA HO TO LO NAI LENA TO MAAT LO HAME KOI FARAK NAI PADTA OR ABHI CALL MAT KARNA FIRSE YE NUMBER PE.
I don't know this call was from www.todaylivedeal.in or from consumer complaint firm but who ever was there his way of talking was very pathetic.
