We had purchase the smart watch from your site but it is not properly work and its battery backup is not good so we want to return this watch

I ordered today live shopping from Gear X 4 G smart watch with HD camera and the picker. com. me delivered the Y 1 S smart watch that product was wrong delivered to me. That delivery given by Hanuman sansthan the address of O 32 sharma colony budh vihar phase ll Delhi 110086.
