Today Live Shoppings — mi 3 band not working

Sir,
We purchased mi3 band vide order reference no-0b659278-ccc5-46ec-a589-cf4874c9c56b order date 01 august 2019 and delivered date[protected] from website todaylivedeals.com. We done payment via debit card. After receive the mi3 band we found that device not starting. We tried to contact customer care of todaylivedeal.com but they are not responding to our phone calls.

Kindly replaced this item immediately without any delay.
