I ordered a buy one get one mii3 smart band - however there was only one charger with the device, second box did not have a charger and both the device also not working. I ahve been trying to call the customer service number provided on the website but it always shows busy. I want a refund for the same and did not like the product. I am scared to even return it as the website shows that we have to return it ourselves... If they are not answering the phone, will they refund my money... Such site should be banned for fooling customers. Strict action should be taken.
