I have ordered a smart watch through online facebook ads by today live deal company.
I made the payment online rs 1499/- but when i received the defective product with worst quality in not working condition.
When i tried to reach them their numbers were not reachable and they don't even pick the phone.
I tried to courier the product to their address but the courier also came back with reason that they are not accepting the product..

A smart band...which I bought from Instagram, as soon as I ordered it, the site got blocked I didn't even get an email from the site.

Some old version of smart watch is delivered and free airpod are also not delivered very poor customer care services not attending the calls please take some strict action against the company.
