I was traveling on 18th jan 2020 from pune to karad. At khed shivapur toll plaza requested to use fasttag wallet. But the operator informed that fasttag is not working requested pay in cash.
So i have paid cash and move on to help long waiting traffic.

But later on, i realized that the amount has cut down from fasttag wallet as well. Please find the attached screenshot. I have tried to reach out to toll plaza manager but could not get connected.
Request you to help transfer the additional cut down amount to my wallet.
