My friend who was travelling international bought a Parfum for me from Mumbai Duty Free, the brand was Tom Ford. When I got the Parfum and used for the first time, the fragrance wasn't there at all, in fact after few minutes you can't even feel that anything was sprayed on your body.
I have bought this from Mumbai Duty Free and have the original bill.
When I approached Tom Ford then they simply rejected the product itself and suggested that I should have bought the product directly from their WebSite or from authorised retailer of Tom Ford.
I fail to understand that Mumbai Duty Free which is selling these products aren't even authorised to sell them?
I have spent INR 19000 on this Parfum and it isn't the product for which I have spent the money for, I want this to be rectified. Was this information helpful? |
