I had purchased a LG Multi i Home ( 3T ODU + two IDU ) from an LG sub dealer M/s Ton and Watt Engineers,
Even though I had paid the full amount for the purchase and installation, the said dealer is not handing me the Purchase invoice and after fixing the two IDU, is not fixing the ODU which he has delivered on 14/05/2025 ( delivery challan attached ). All my correspondences with the said dealer is through Whatsapp
Even though I had called your customer care, they have diverted the complaint and made to go round and round without any resolution.
