Toni & Guy Essensuals, Perungudi — They cheated after charging me for a pack

I went to TONI & GUY Essensuals, Perungudi to take a haircut service during end of last year. And they sold me a pack saying “I have to pay 5000 and I will get 6000 points out of it”. They said I can use it over the lifetime. Suddenly during January they messaged me that pack going is going to expire. When I called them they said I can use the services. When I recently visited they said I couldn’t use the services. They said management has changed. I have remaining 3600 points. And I got cheated.
