I purchased a drill press from Toolz4industry for ₹7500 on May 18, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. After placing the order, I received no tracking information or updates. I emailed them multiple times, and only got one vague response telling me to “sit back and relax”—but the item was never shipped, and no follow-up call ever came.
After waiting over a month, I requested to cancel the order, but that too was ignored. This company has shown zero accountability, and I now believe they are operating a fraudulent and scam-like business. I strongly advise others to never purchase anything from Tools4industry. I am currently exploring legal action to recover my money.
