Toothsi.in — Aligners received

After seeing an ad I had decided to visit a local toothsi. They called and told me to come for a free scan and see.
After visiting and getting a scan she started telling me about offers and how making a full payment will be less expensive as compared to emi and pressurized me into getting aligners of 83000. After getting my aligners and getting it fixed that night I had very severe jaw pain and headache with facial tenderness I tried removing aligners but in the clinic theu had not told me how to remove properly and so I suffered all this pain for 20 hrs After which watching videos online on how to remove it I finally got it out. I was without food all this time. I was not able to speak also and somehow called customer service. She told me that a doctor will contact me in 24-48hrs. I told her about my pain and how I cannot wait for so long to with che shabbily replied about how she can't help it and all docotrs are busy. I decided to go to the local toothsi clinic. The docotr prescribed some pain medication However I repeatedly told her how painful it is . She initially said I did not wear it properly and then blamed me for not removing properly. After probing my teeth and realising I'm in severe pain she laughed about how at least my teeth are not shaking and decided to take an xray. Initially she asked me to get xray from outside ( while buying the aligner plan I was told ebery expense is covered under the 83000 I paid) later she said she will take xray in the center itself.
She told me how I have preceeding gums and that my jaw bone does not reach till the end so I'm having pain( all this was never even check during the scan). She told me to not wear aligners and to take pain meds. However the whole night I could not even move my jaw. I decided to send email to them stating my side effects and how I want to withdraw and want a refund. They said they will get back but neebr did. I even called customer service. I received a call from the local toothsi clinic asking me to not think about refund and all as I won't get anything and that these symptoms are common. None of this was told to me before or during the time aligners were fixed. I want help regarding this
