Toothsi.in | Makeo.app — Toothsi is ignoring my refund request

Toothsi has scamed me and made me pay ₹60, 000. Now they are ignoring my refund request. Worst experience ever.

So it all started with my curiosity to know about the company and its services. But the minute, I visited their website they started spam calls around 10 to 12 times a day with different numbers. It was frustrating to have n number of calls during office hours. Then one day I decided to visit their centre to know about the alligners. They offer free 3D scan on their website but I did not get any 3D scan during my visit. They just took some pics of my teeths using their phone. They gave me the quote of around ₹65, 000 and said that If there will be any issue then your money will be refunded without any hassle. I was still positive towards them because I considered their brand to be reliable beacuse of trust value of their brand ambassadors (Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma). But I guess both of our celebrities are also been fooled by toothsi.

After my visit they kept calling 10 times a day to make payment. On 22nd sep. 2023, I got a call from their executive to offer some discount coupon. I said to him that I will go on their centre and will make the payment whenever I’ll be free. But he said even on our centre you will need to do it online so just pay now only.

Since I was under the impression that they will easily refund my money in case of any problem so I paid ₹60, 000 online. After the payment, I randomly checked some of their reviews where I found that they do not provide any help in case of complication and some of their customers have suffered with severe pain, bone loss in teeth etc. Those customers had to go to their own orthodondists. I got scared because I have receeding gum line and do not want to take the risk. After all trust is the most important factor in medical field. But I was not aware that they are not working as doctors, they are just scammers.

So I decided to not take any treatment. That’s why I canceled my order on their website and called them regarding refund.
They refused to refund by saying that we do not have this policy and said our seniors will call you. While initially I was told to receive complete refund in any circumstances. It’s been 48hrs since then and I havn’t recieved any call to resolve my issue. On the other hand when I’m calling they are not even talking properly. I’m tensed to loose my money. This is mental harrasement to ignore a customer after taking their money. It started with some doubt but now their behavior has made me believe that toothsi is not trustworthy at all. I have been traped by toothsi.

These are the same people who were calling 10 times a day to get the money, after the payment they are not bothered. Basically they are saying “we have robbed you now just go to hell, we don’t care”.
