I made a payment of ₹80, 000 to Toothsi for their services, but from the beginning, they were unresponsive. I repeatedly tried to cancel and get in touch, but there was no response. Suddenly, they sent me one set of aligners without any prior communication or appointment scheduling.
Their app is not working, and I have been unable to book appointments. Since then, I have been trying to reach them almost every day, but I have received no response. I even sent an email, but they have ignored it completely.
This is highly unprofessional and feels like a scam. I do not want their services anymore. I am demanding a full refund of ₹80, 000 immediately. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to take legal action.
