Top-1 Interior person Rupa, consulted us for my house Interior work, here in Hyderabad. Rupa, shared a Quotation for 5, 10, 000/- 2 floored building and completed the work in 45 days and requested first floor to be completed first and on priority basis and requested to complete first floor by 12 Dec 2021.
And requested to start work. Top-1 Interior Owner Rupa, asked for 50% payment during material dump and I paid the amount on 17th Nov 2021 and Rupa Started Work on 20th Nov 2021. She has not completed the work, and not handover the first floor by 12 dec 2021 and requested additional amount to complete it like wise we paid 4, 85, 000/- by 12 Jan 2022. Till then, she is not sending carpenters/Glass persons properly to complete the work. Work is Still pending even after 3 1/2 Months. Now she is denying to complete the work. We requested for Refund of amount atleast, as she has no interest in complete the work, but she is denying for it. The work what she has done was not proper, lamination not properly fixed, not cleaned the house, unused/waste Wood/sheets are there in the house. There are TV Unit pending, Wall Frame Work, improper Crockery fitting, Pending Dressing Table Work, Pending Glass work for Crockery Unit, Profile doors, Sliding doors on both floors, incomplete Kitchen work in Ground floor, Incomplete Wardrobes in ground floor, storage boxes in 4 bath rooms, Storage boxes wash area, shoe racks are still pending to complete and the completed work is very poor in quality. She never do regular checks or updated the client on progress of work. She even dont pick up calls, when we call her. She is such a arrogant, never answer politely in calls. She always lies and says tomorrow or in 2 days it will get completed. She simply torturing since 3 months. we are struggling mentally every day. No Peace of Mind even after spent lot of money. Please suggest something, no one should get cheated by her like us. I have Complete Quotation, Work Order, Payment receipts, Complete Chat history, call Recordings.
