We had ordered from this website around a month ago order number 274152. But a week from the ordered date the tracking has said that the order was attempted for delivery but we have received no attempts and no phone calls at that moment. This had occurred a few times and again we found no sign on any attempts. So we took the initiative to send the contact number a message about our concerns about the issue. We hadn’t gotten any response so we decided to call that number. As soon as we called the call was declined but the message was immediately responded, but provided no help. Their customer service is horrible and provided absolutely no help at all. Later RTO was initiated and we had called them several times and the call was declined every time, and we got a message saying that “a member from our team will contact you when we receive the package”. When the tracker had said RTO received, we tried both texting and calling them numerous times and still have no replies from them whatsoever. We still haven’t received the package or a refund of the money. We genuinely just want our money back and this website should be taken down to prevent future fraud. Was this information helpful? |
