Dear sir,
I do have a subscription for my daughter for class 11&12 pcmb from topper learning.com since last year and continuing this year as well.
When they introduced class 12 commerce, i bought a package for my nephew. Before taking the package i had specifically asked whether it will be live classes and their executive had confirmed that this will be live classes and 5 days a week plus other support as well. On confirmation, i bought the package for inr 7000/-.
After buying the product they said, the live classes will only be there in december and till then we can provide you recorded version of previous classes. Clearly that was not the one i was looking for and i had confirmed whether it will be live classes only because of this. So this is mere case of cheating people. I do have the voice recording of the call, but unable to upload the same
I wanted full refund as till now i have not accessed the material after that. When i called them later asking for solving the issue, they said we will call you back later and then they never did that. I spoke to their seniors and also sent the mails and no response have been received.
Finally as study was important, i had to go with meritnation.com which is giving excellent service. Effectively i had to spent at two places.
I request you to take stern action against such misselling and enable full refund as it is no use to us. Was this information helpful? |
