I took their online test practice Subscription for a Government Exam which has 2 papers in first week of February 2024.
For paper 1, I paid Rs 121 for an online test experience of previous year questions (pyq)..
Instead they email me pdfs which I already knew is freely available on the internet and specifically provided on the website of our National Testing Agency.
I said if I wanted to take print outs, why am I paying for service that clearly says online?
For paper 2, I paid Rs 151 in February, i could access it in the same month but I then directly logged only a few days ago and even today. Because the whole point is practicing these tests few days before the actual Govt exam.
They are not allowing me to see the practice test because it shows expired. Nowhere on their website it said it comes with a validity.
No one responds to emails. When I called, the lady says "we don't mention the validity but validity is 4 months."
When asked if you don't mention validity how would one know it has expiry period? l was suppose to assume this???
she asks if I didn't call and ask. Firstly, it's an online app so calling isn't necessary, but yes I did call before buying and no one informed.
She abruptly cut the call and ever since she's not taking my calls.
