Topsntunic — Online shopping is fraud

I ordered some cloths from the site topsntunic. But it is a fraud site. The cloths are of bad quality and I can't use that cloths. While ordering it showed option for return and all. But for returning there is no contact number and no option for return itself. I lost about 599rs for that.
