[Resolved]  Torra'factory To Home' — Delivered tab is malfunction. Refund of rs 4995 required for the same

Respected Sir,
My name is Sinder.T.S, from Thrikkur Village in Thrissur district in Kerala.
I'm filing this complaint on behalf my father.He ordered the Tab as shown on the Local Home shoppe TV advertisement.On 1/3/2016 the product reached to us.We paid the amount of Rs.4995 to them.The cash invoice No:7351.When we try to switch on the Tab the display is malfunction, it feels like being cheated in the 1st day itself.So call the customer care of the company to tell the complaint, but they give another number to us to contact for the complaint which is always busy or switched off.So i would like to file the complaint against the company for being cheated and for the refund of the tab cost plus the time lost incurred due to this.

The company replaced the default product with new on 15/03/2016.Thus would like to consider withdraw the above said complaint

I write to complain about the poor service of torra. I gave an order for a pen camera on 19/6/16. It was delivered on 21/6/16 at my address (receipt no:46345). To my utter dismay i find that it is not working. I called the person who delivered the product. He promised me as he is busy he would replace it on 27/06/16. When i called him on 27th he said he could not replace it and he asked me to call the customer care number. I called the customer care number. It never responds. Then i called[protected] and told the problem. They gave me another number. I found to my dismay that number is also not responding. On 28/6/16, at last i got a connection to customer care number. When i lodged the complaint their answer was not satisfactory. They don`t guide you properly. It seems, the company is interested only selling substandard products to customers and somehow or other evade after sales service.

I am also writing to complain about the poor service of Torra.I had given an order for a popcorn maker on[protected].They told me I would recieve it after 3 or 4 days . I have not recieved that product till now and Im writing this on 612 2017. Why do they promise to deliver a product if they cant do it on time The telemarketer was a malayali girl. Do we have to wait for these people till they come or dont come at all ????
