I submitted a permanent disconnection request on September 7, 2023. Despite more than 30 calls and around 20 emails to Torrent Gas, the customer service has been extremely unhelpful. Every time I contact them, they assure me of a callback from a Torrent agent, but I've never received one. During my last call, they claimed the process takes time ( It’s almost 3 months now, now sure how many mire years they need to complete the request) and abruptly hung up.
Additionally, I recently discovered that the individual who purchased my flat forged my signature to transfer the gas connection into their name, along with appropriating my Rs 5500 security deposit and Rs 4000 credit. Was this information helpful? |
