With out project hiring people and Terminating and Not paying salary for employee

Hai., I got Offer from above mention company, I have worked around 20 days there, suddenly that manager Mr.Ravi shanker told me you no need to come tomorrow on words, i was shocked and asked the reason, he simply said project no yet finalized, so we cannot pay salary. With out finalize why he hired me and giving works.I asked my salary for 20 days, many time i asked salary for 20 days but he not ready to pay. My dears don't believe...
