Today one hour back at 1511 hrs, i got an ems stating usd 99 has been paid on card 2854 at totalav.com. Fx charges as per tnc. Limit available=17118921. If not done by you, click www.citi.asia/DIS?cn=2854.
I had used the services of total av.com since mid 2017 till expiry after one year. After that i had discontinued totalav.com product services since more than one year.
The payment has been made by citibank without any warning including otp for the transaction. I am yet to speak to customer care.
I am 85 years old and a cancer patient and i have been a citibank customer for more than 25 years.; will appreciate if your customer care official can call me and guide me
