I am Debasis Sahu have two nos of share of my Mother and Brother purchased in the year 2004 & 2005. The share Redg. No. 80129196 with certificate no. 129196 name of Kumar Subhasis Sahu and the maturity date 19/04/2020 with Redeemtion value of 100000/-. The share Redg. No. PA041144 with certificate no. 041144 name of Rajashree Sahu and the maturity date 18/06/2021 with Redeemtion value of 100000/-

I haven't got the refund in the attached a/c till now.

So I'm requesting you to take a step about it as soon as possible. Thank you.
