I bought a USB connector flex cable from this website
It was delivered in a week
Sadly the part was fake and did not work
So i contacted the customer care they pretended to be professional or rather HE pretended to be professional and said that i would receive a return
It has been a week and I've contacted customer support several times but the same guy always talks to me and he comes up with random reasons
After raising the complain I haven't received a single e-mail from the website which i should, i expected a mail regarding my claim, or my return, or anything that mentioned my issue and promised to solve it but he is not even ready to send me a mail.
After i was damn sure that this website was fake, I wrote a review to the product i bought saying that i received a defective piece THE REVIEW WAS NEVER PUT ON THE WEBSITE. I tried reposting a review and it never appeared on the website.
So summing up from my experience touchlcdbaba.com
-Sells defective used and fake mobile parts
-There's only one person as the customer support who acts professional and comes up with reasons
-Negative Reviews cannot be posted on this website, that's the reason all the products have no review at all, maybe just like mine countless negative reviews from customers who fell prey to this scam were rejected Was this information helpful? |
