Sir I paid 800 & 21500 fee of noc charges IT act 2000 but the company nor refund my said amount or neither install tower in my land. Aggrement and sanction letter I have. They said your amount will be refund within 45 day. Now the days became more then sixty. Please do critical action to the company. Sir. One thing more. I am disabled person do I can't do any more. So please help me as possible.

The above complain going to about six month but not resolve.
Please take necessary action to resolved my complaint.
