I have TP-Link archer router. This router has a nasty defect. It just can not sync time with ntp servers. As a result I can not use time based features like reboot or parental control.
I raised ticket with tplink tech support but they are just not responding. It's more than 10 days gone but there's no resolution.
I even escalated to the India head of TPlink but no one is looking into it.
This is a classic case of poor customer support, no customer centricity and lack of commitment on part of TPlink.
